Terms of Service

Bright Professional Painting provides professional painting and surface coating services including, but not limited to:

• check_circleCommercial and industrial surface coatings
• check_circleRoof restoration and protective coatings
• check_circleSpecialty architectural finishes and colour consulting

All services are subject to a written quote and agreement prior to commencement. Service scope, materials, and timelines will be outlined in your project agreement.

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on information provided at the time of assessment and may be subject to revision if site conditions differ significantly from those described.

Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Standard terms require a deposit prior to commencement, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and cheque.

We stand behind the quality of our work. Our workmanship warranty covers:

• check_circle2-year workmanship guarantee on all interior projects
• check_circle3-year workmanship guarantee on exterior projects
• check_circleManufacturer warranties on all premium coating products used

Warranties are void if surfaces are subjected to abnormal wear, damage, or if maintenance recommendations are not followed.

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• check_circleCancellations made 5+ business days before the start date: full deposit refund
• check_circleCancellations made 2-4 business days before: 50% deposit refund
• check_circleCancellations made within 1 business day: deposit is non-refundable

Rescheduling requests are accommodated where possible at no charge with 48 hours' notice.
